Privacy Policy

We keep this short because we collect very little. This policy explains what information AI Ops for Small Business ("we", "us") collects when you visit proassetsolutions.live, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Email address (only if you give it). If you join the checklist list or Starter Kit waitlist, we store your email address, signup time, and the text and version of your consent in a private database hosted by Cloudflare. We use this information to manage the list and may send occasional practical small-business AI tips after email delivery is configured. Automated email delivery is currently off; your checklist opens directly on this website.
Signup management and security. We use secure, first-party cookies to let this browser remove its signup and to authenticate the owner-only dashboard. We use a non-reversible, keyed IP fingerprint for short-lived abuse limits; raw IP addresses are not stored in the signup database. We do not sell subscriber data.
Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records request logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers or sell this data.
Purchase verification. Checkout is currently paused. When it opens, Stripe will process checkout information under its own privacy policy. Our private Cloudflare delivery service stores a hashed checkout-session reference, payment-intent reference, payment status, event identifiers, and timestamps to verify access and handle refunds or disputes. It does not store payment-card details or copy customer addresses or emails from payment notifications into the delivery database.
Download access. A secure, HttpOnly, first-party cookie remembers a pending or verified purchase reference for up to 24 hours. The server still checks payment entitlement before every download. A checkout reference is private; do not share a return link containing it.
Support messages. If you email us about a purchase, we receive the information you choose to send, including your address, message, and order reference. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or bank details.
No advertising tracking. We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or social plugins. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Our articles link to external tools and vendors. Once you leave our site, their privacy policies apply — we encourage you to read them. See our affiliate disclosure for how commissions work.

Your rights

To remove the signup made in this browser, open Manage signup and select “Remove my signup”. This deletes the corresponding email and consent record. The site owner can also delete individual records through the password-protected subscriber dashboard. If you clear cookies or signed up on another device, browser-based removal cannot identify that signup.

You can ask us at any time to:

Delete your email address from our list
Tell you whether we hold any data about you
Stop emailing you

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, and if you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under GDPR — including access, deletion, and objection to processing. Email us and we will honor these requests within 30 days.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the "last updated" date above changes and the revised policy appears on this page.
